DMCA Policy

Sharemods.com (www.sharemods.com) is an Online Service Provider as defined in Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512 ("DMCA"). To file a valid DMCA notice, please provide the following information. Please note that incomplete or inaccurate notices may delay our ability to process your request:

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will notify the user responsible for the content and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification, as described below.

If you believe that material you posted on Sharemods.com was wrongly removed in response to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification. To be valid, the counter-notification must include the following:

Counter-notices should be sent via email or through the same Contact Us form. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

Sharemods.com reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material in accordance with the DMCA.
